A product is something your customers can order. You use products for payment links of the type Orders and for orders you create yourself. Before you can create such a payment link, you first add your products.
Types of products
Type | What for? |

One-time payment | Something the customer buys once. |
Subscription | Something that comes back regularly, such as a weekly vegetable box. RCUR automatically creates the recurring orders. |
Shipping costs | Costs that are automatically added to every order. You can set a different rate per country. |
What do you set per product?
The name, which your customer sees.
The currency, the amount and the VAT percentage.
For a subscription: how often it comes back and how many times it is charged in total.
For shipping costs: optionally the countries the rate applies to.
