With workflows, you can automate tasks that are executed after a specific event occurs.
You can choose from the following events to trigger a workflow:
Payment paid
Payment failed
Order paid
Customer created
Subscription (Advanced) activated
Subscription (Advanced) paused
Subscription (Advanced) cancelled
Follow-up created
Follow-up failed
You can also add conditions to a workflow so it only runs in specific situations. Available condition fields vary per event.
The actions that can currently be executed in a workflow are:
Assign label(s) to a customer
Remove label(s) from a customer
Remove all labels from a customer
