Templates can be used to easily send a correct email from RCUR to your customer. This will contain, for example, the payment link, or you can send an e-mail as a reminder or follow-up. Templates are also used for the payment screen, to report whether a payment has succeeded or failed.

All templates can also be added in multiple languages. As a result, your customer receives the right e-mail in the right language.

A number of templates have already been created by default, but you can adjust these to your own liking. You can also create additional templates to use when sending emails via RCUR.

When creating a payment link, you must choose a template for the payment screen when the payment is successful and failed. When you use the e-mails function (from the advanced package), you can also select templates to be used for that specific link.
