What are workflows?

With workflows, you can automate tasks that are executed after a specific event occurs.

You can choose from the following events to trigger a workflow:

  • Payment paid

  • Payment failed

  • Order paid

  • Customer created

  • Subscription (Advanced) activated

  • Subscription (Advanced) paused

  • Subscription (Advanced) cancelled

  • Follow-up created

  • Follow-up failed

You can also add conditions to a workflow so it only runs in specific situations. Available condition fields vary per event.

The actions that can currently be executed in a workflow are:

  • Assign label(s) to a customer

  • Remove label(s) from a customer

  • Remove all labels from a customer
