SEPA Direct Debit

If you want to charge a bank account (IBAN) you can use the payment method “SEPA Direct Debit” for the recurring payments. If there is already a mandate (IBAN) added to the customer in RCUR, you can immediately start charging your customer by adding a one-off payment or a subscription.

Credit Card

Charging your customers via Credit Card is also possible for recurring payments. It is not possible to enter the credit card number manually, but the customer has to do a first payment via a payment link. Can I manually add a card number as mandate?

If a first payment was done via Credit Card, the recurring payments will also be Credit Card payments. In this case, SEPA Direct Debit payments are not possible.
