How can I send a payment link via e-mail to my customer?

When you have created a payment link, you can copy the link and send it via your own e-mail client or any other messaging app, or you can send an e-mail directly via RCUR.

Send e-mail via RCUR

  1. After creating a link you can click on the enveloppe icon behind the link

  2. Here you can fill in the details of the customer and compose an email, or easily select a template to prefill the subject and message. More about templates can be found here: What are templates?

Variables can be used in the subject or message and will be replaced with the actual value after sending the e-mail.
